What Piercings Are Done With 14 Gauge? [Solved]
If you’re wondering what size piercing to get, it’s all about the gauge. Gauge is the thickness of the piercing, and it looks like this (picture). A 14ga is good for belly rings (picture), industrial piercings, nipple rings and tongue rings. But if you want something like a tragus, anti-tragus, helix, rook, daith or snug piercing - plus flat conchs, septums and monroe/labrets (lip piercings) - then 16ga is your go-to.
