Got a nose piercing? You’ll probably start with an 18 gauge post (1.02mm). Once it’s healed, though, switch to a 20 gauge (.81mm) - it’s thinner and leaves a smaller hole. Anything thinner than 20 gauge isn’t recommended for most nose piercings.
